Life is a beautiful odyssey—a journey made up of fantasies and infinite possibilities. A closer look reveals that nothing is truly linear; rather, everything reinforces the idea that we are merely passing through this dispensation. But the real question remains: why are we here? Are we simply meant to endure life, or are we called to live it intentionally, fully, and abundantly? These are the profound questions raised by Dr. Raoul Ruben as he introduced the final A21 Training of the year 2025, aptly titled “Phoenix: Rising from the Ashes.”
This unique training—both in substance and in form—was not only a review, but above all a journey back into the past, a return to the foundations of what many now recognize as a meaningful achievement. In its most accessible definition, the Phoenix is a legendary bird that rises from its own ashes after death. What makes it fascinating is that it is reborn each time in an enhanced version of itself, carrying higher values and elevated vibrations. It symbolizes the ability to endure trials, to rise after a fall, and to become stronger through what could have destroyed us.
But what is the deep connection between this legendary bird and Academy Twenty One? Like the Phoenix, Academy Twenty One was born from the death of a system. It was not born in comfort, but out of necessity; not in abundance, but in the fire of adversity and turmoil—driven by a powerful vision: to train a generation of leaders capable of rising again, reinventing themselves, and impacting their world. Born out of an abrupt weaning process, this powerful support system—now widely admired—would never have existed without the extraordinary resilience of the man who personally embraced this mission: Dr. Raoul Ruben.
Throughout his journey of growth and evolution, he experienced failures, disappointments, abandonment, betrayal, underhanded blows, and even senseless sabotage. Yet is it not said that the more difficult and perilous the pilgrimage, the more beautiful the epic? It is this blend of pride and solemnity that every member of this futuristic organization feels—especially the Chairman & Founder—when looking back to reflect on the path already traveled. Ces résultats ne sont pas le fruit du hasard ; ils sont l'aboutissement concret d'un parcours marqué par la force, le courage, l'abnégation et la résilience, surtout lorsque tout semblait annoncer l'échec. Mais n'est-il pas aussi écrit que lorsque le Seigneur approuve la voie d'un homme, il fait même en sorte que ses ennemis œuvrent pour lui ? Ainsi, poursuivant ce cheminement remarquable, le Président-Fondateur a déclaré que cette année, placée sous le signe de la renaissance, sera bien plus qu'une année comme les autres : ce sera une métamorphose, et bienheureux seront ceux qui participeront à cette rencontre extraordinaire.

Ces objectifs ne sont ni des cibles isolées ni de vains vœux ; ils affirment une foi inébranlable en ses capacités, ses forces et, surtout, un engagement sans faille. Car si cela était possible par le passé, cela l’est à nouveau. Telle est la résolution partagée par chaque membre de l’organisation, chacun se considérant comme acteur d’une révolution qui transforme des vies et façonne des destins.
Au final, n’est-ce pas là le sens même de « vivre une vie qui compte vraiment » ?
